i mean, like i'm yo because i also have interviewed writers like audre lorde before she died and shetalked about hatred she dealt with as a black woman, sexism as a lesbian, homophobia. and so i'm thinking like, y'all, it's got to come back to love do i actually love black people unkindest really or not and do i put conditions on it i love you if you are this i love you if you're there. no, i love all people. that's what we got to get to. that's what james baldwin, the namesake for this panel was about. we have to love all black people no matter who they are. that's where we got to be. it in my opinion. ibram, do you want to jump in on the question or. kevin i think i don't. i mean, i think kevin answered it. i think one thing i would say is that for me, it's health. you know 200. according to david, a scholar, public health, you know, 200 black people died prematurely per day because of because health disparities and then those of us who you know recent evidence is showing that itself you you know is a stressor. and so for me our you know, our health, our physical and mental health,
