conversation and what our housing looks like in 2040 today, i want to point out i work closely with audrey harris that presented the housing element and development data work here to answer those questions we're trying to do and we've heard about this for all the information to pull it together and tell a story will what's going on in the housing market i wanted to say this slide and the details we have on this slide is about any major city in america today and san francisco's trend are intense but largo an urban issue we're all facing the center for housing policy a national think tank for the 2015 and all of the trends are mentioned and felt intentionally in san francisco it is not a san francisco issue but a bay area issue we're knowing long-term policy goals and our responsibility of housing it's important to remember we're in the extra part of the region this shows where the municipality are the primary development areas, however we are largely working in isolation and want to ask how our really impacts our housing influences and we need to work with our neighborhoods workers in the city are
