how was augustine affected, is how i was acting asking myself. what are the stories we can tell the people of what was going on here? i found them over and over again. i intentionally did not do battles and skirmishes and i left for the military people. i wanted to go it a different direction. one of the things that i tried to do in letting the stories being told, there are some amazing stories that have come out of this research. my preference was to let the people tell their own stories. and through newspaper accounts letters, diaries, i took those and i got some actors and actresses and did the recordings. and i let the people of the time speak, run than me trying to interpret what they were saying. even some slave narratives, and what they thought was going on. there were some very poignant stories of people who remember what it was like on the way through georgia and being slaves and being freed. having the choice to my do stay on this plantation or do i leave? very local, not that far from here, very you are -- poignant. >> i see them comin
