augustine. right now the conditions are only expected to get worse as we see more water on the road. of course, i'll have more updates from st. augustine. >> irma has pushed water out of old tampa bay, so much so that about 100 people decided to take a walk on what is normally a body of water near that water receded about 200 yards from its usual position. forecast.ers are warning people not -- forecasters are warning people not to do this. they say that receded water will come back with a potentially deadly vengeance. there is now a curfew in tampa. mayor bob buckhorn said with winds over 130 miles per hour the police and firefighters won't be able to help. the mayor says law enforcement will have a strong response for anyone caught looting. >> we will be very aggressive with anybody who we find looting. there is nothing worse than taking advantage of your fellow citizens at a time like this. >> tampa's mayor also says the city expects 3 to 8 feet of storm surge. another sign that irma means bu
