esppcially the suburbs like aurora. marc stewart explains why. >> reporter: this is not a complete case of sticker shop. there has been tremendous growth here on the north side of aurora. the medical center is growing. more high-tech biotech biotech ?jobs are coming. people living in the 80111 zip code will see a rent increase. we have been through this whole zip code. the growth here is significant. new transportation, new buildings, new restaurants, even new hotels. take the fact that, look at these new jobs. they don't want to drive a long distance to work. we talked to a realtor who says keep this in perspective. even though it does seem like a lot of money right now, we are not paying nearly as much as other places like the silicon areas of town. and yet it is connected to some of the largest job pools available in the metro area. >> reporter: there is no question, right now and the denver metro area it is expensive. it costs more to write here than in big cities like atlanta, phoenix, overall we are pretty lucky.
