they are operated on by the housing authority. there will be more than 267 units built, but there will be 267 units that will be public housing replacement units. if it is something from the agency, i can't speak to it because i probably haven't seen it. and it might be that the agency has units and their including in the portfolio that are not specifically for extremely low income populations. but all of the units of the housing authority is serving the income base. they are not market rate units. the development requires a one- for-one replacement. >> i just want to quickly answe r -- yes, i met with mr. robinson and i have agreed to meet with him
