good morning, i am autria godfrey and the commute is not going much better. over to traffic center with a look at how the commute is going. >> the good news is that in maryland in a crash that we had a 216 with the overturned tractor-trailer, everything got dragged to the shoulder. surprisingly, 95 to the least amount of volume. everyone bailed out. the baltimore-washington parkway, if you wanted to use 29 as well, they were all jammed. coming in on the 14th street ridge there had been an earlier crash in springfield. westbound on the freeway, that accident gone with delays, unfortunately, stacked solid northbound and southbound across the bridge, but at least the delay is gone. things were very wet out west and getting worse. >> very heavy rain is coming down right now. hagerstown, to the south of there, very heavy through jefferson county towards front royal, this is all traveling off to the east and we are still looking at the 9:00 or 10:00 timeframe in the d.c. area. the roadways are wet everywhere. in the urban setting of the metro late this morning thro
