first we say good morning to ava marie. welcome back. down at the mount washington tavern. >> people are excited to see this landmark back. it is back and open for business. i was here a year ago or before the fire happened and this place looks amazing. >> it has been unbelievable, thinking about how was and how long it took to start building. the building of the building has taken less than a year. that is overwhelming when you think about the details. >> this is basically an historic landmark and you had to preserve that. >> that is the thing i love most about this building. they tried to incorporate things from the original space, things that had been put back into the tavern. >> let's talk about those things. this is the front entrance room. >> they preserve the stone that was part of the building and incorporated that into the design. the wainscoting is new. this area used to be the raw bar. it is one big wide open area. >> it is beautiful. there is shuffleboard back. and a beautiful painting of a chemical that they had to repay bec
