avalon picking up a little bit in the way of clouds, 76. surf city a delightful 74. look at these numbers, this is impressive, temperatures are anywhere from 12 to 16 degrees cooler right now than they were yesterday at this time. we were at 87 degrees this same time yesterday well on our way to that scorching 893. that doesn't even take into account how it felt with the humidity, we had feels-like temperatures close to 100 degrees in parts of the area. here's the satellite and radar composite we'll focus our attention to the south right off the coast of the carolinas, the virginia cape. next system we're watching is an area of low pressure that will develop along the front that swept through during the overnight hours. that will push north an hug the coast that means clouds for places like avalon and sea isle city, the more in the way in the sun the farther west you go. tomorrow, most cloudy skies for the city and areas south and east. there could be a passing shower the closer to the coast you are. the winds will pick up, as well. we could see winds gusting from 25
