at the kroc center, norfolk . 20 employers will take part including new york life insurance, averett university and bath fitters. the city of norfolk is also holding its spring job fair at the workforce development march 24 10am - 1pm. we've put all of this information on wavy.com stephanie harris toys one package in particular at a u-p-s store in hampton shut down several stores today. it happened around 11 this morning. the bomb squad came to the store on towne center way off big bethel road. several businesses were evacuated as investigators took a look at the package. about an hour and a half later the all clear was given. we are working to find out what was inside the suspicious package. arrested a man for a murder earlier this week. police say 38-year-old christopher mitchell shot and killed 39-year-old robert atwood. it happened early sunday morning, on newtown arch near south newtown road. atwood died at the hospital. mitchell is charged with second degree murder. he's in the virginia beach correctional center without bond. norfolk police released surveillance video- they say- shows a m
