one was the oil spill plan that had been filed by b.p. prior to the disaster where they projected a capacity to do much more and clean up efforts than it was capable. whoever signed that document is certainly in harm's way. and the other thing we read about is whether or not there was accurate records being maintained as you get to the final 100' where the amount of pressure that had the potential and did cause the damage in the drill, may have been underreported. that is what the feds think....
