meanwhile, that baby we're told was badly burn. here's video, we were out at the scene early this morning as investigators started working on the case. it's a dark and rather quiet street. that's simontown road near stocktons bridge road. police tell us they got a call just before 11:00 last night. the neighbors were saying there was commotion, some yelling out in the middle of the street. when the officers got there, they found the baby who was set on fire. a helicopter was brought in and that baby was flown to the hospital. at that time we're toll the baby was still breathing. we're also told a woman in her early 20s was at the scene. she was taken to the hospital. we're still working to figure out her relationship with the baby and whether she lit the fire but those two, police tell us, were the only ones in the street at that time. we have been making phone calls throughout the morning. it is still unclear if the baby will survive those burns. live in hunting park this morning, matt delucia nbc 10 news. >>> new this morning, in
