[cheers and applause] we all saw a lot of familiar faces and heard a lot of familiar voices on the parade route today. there were faces and voices which from february through october energized our players and coaches and manager and enabled them to bring home a world series championship. thank you. my favorite sign on the parade route was very simple. it said "san francisco, the happiest place on earth". and we're a happy place today because we see what a team can do in a two way love affair to bring a city and a team together as one. i remember when flying back from detroit on monday as the city flew over the beautiful city in the bay area we all in the giants family wish we could go door to door to blow kirbs to every one of you to return the unconditional love you provided us selling out
