( marty )investigators are still trying to sort out why a man went on a deadly rampage in bakersfield-wife and four others before turning the gun on himself. olivia lavoice reports. javier casarez and petra bolanos were married for over 28 years when he filed for divorce in december.there was no arguing over assets or children, no attorneys were involved.javier told the court he and his then wife petra had worked out child custody and alimony on their own.the marriage was dissolved by the court in june.this was around the time that according to court documents-javier kicked petra out of their home and cut her off financially.court documents say this is what pushed petra to ask a family member for help with translating the divorce proceedings, as she said she couldn't read english.it seems that's when it clicked-petra realized her husband had left her with nothing: no child or spousal support, and no property.so on august 31st, after saving up money to get legal help, she filed a motion begging the judge to give her the chance to oppose the divorce proceedings,even though their divorce
