here in bala cynwyd, we are seeing the snow coming down and some accumulation out there as expected.rks county, and we are starting to see the snow in berks county and chester county and new castle county. looking in philadelphia, you will see the deeper plus and purple, which is extending to new jersey and the snow at the shore is starting to stick as well. we are tracking the accumulating snow through new jersey and parts of southern delaware where it is more of a slush, because the temperatures are borderline near freezing. hour by hour sh, we are seeing snow moving out from 9:00 to 10:00, and then from 10:00 to 11:00 from philly to move to the shore by # 1:00 or 2:00 this afternoon and we could see some peaks of sunshine by 1:00 or 2:00 this afternoon. the focus shift s s to the temperatures which are very cold. 28 in allentown, and 30 in millvale, and so we will stay at or below freezing and then drop overnight into the teens in some spots. on top of that, we are windy, and the wind speeds are around 20 miles per hour in millvale, and gusts possible this afternoon and into tonig
