i'm roger witnessinger president of the balboa organization.e've oppose this first balboa terrace was a single-family neighborhood and it remained one every sense and they're part of the housing mix and are part of the density independent that's an important point. they also preserve san francisco's unique character and prevent the manhattantion of san francisco. second balboa terrace like others have their own cc and railroads that have the covenants for fees to allow the secondary units in violation of cc n rs my constitute a problem with enforcement of our contract. the legalization of the secondary units is not necessary for the families to live where they don't have their own kitchens they're already allowed. in fact, balboa terrace welcomes extended families living together. just this weekend we welcomed an immigrant family to reorganize their housing. this legislation constitutes a total rezoning of the city draft with rh one and rh d zones and deserves a thorough discussion if the city wants to change one hundred years of zoning laws it

wallenberg high school, balboa and burton. we had 2290 students and of which 92.2 percent -- i'm sorry, 2296 students of 2489, this is 92.2 percent completed one course with a d or higher. which is 976 of the 243 were offtrack to graduate before the program. we completed 3821, 821 courses which is 97 percent of the 2012 attempted. >> you just through out a lot of numbers. i understood that. how many students i guess last summer they were rising seniors and rising injuries. -- juniors? how many were not on track to graduate? >> 72.7 percent of the students that completed courses in summer school were offtrack to graduate. >> okay. but my question is how many students were not on track to graduate? total in the whole district. i'm curious how many were enrolled in these programs? >> i don't think we have that data, but i think we can get that data to you. >> that would be great. so you had 2489 students enrolled and of those 2096 completed courses. we don't know how many students were not on track to enroll in these programs. >>

here on the 4700 block of balboa way, thieves broke into a home through a doggie door. that homeowner reported missing jewelery and electronics. authorities feel the thieves were connected to a green minivan that was in the area. the men involved in this burglary are described as two dark skinned men wearing black hoodies and black pants. a minivan was also reported in at another home invasion last week. reporting in fremont. it's been more than a month since a 93-year old san rafael man went missing. and, now, as kron four's philippe djegal reports. the family is offering a 5- thousand dollar reward for any information on his whereabouts. robert leslie davis was last seen here in corte madera, leaving marin joe's restaurant on february 26th. you can see a flier posted on the front window, with his photo, advertising the 5- thousand dollar reward for information leadi ng to his return. his family says he left the restaurant after his weekly dinner with his daughter. the family says he turned left out of the parking lot that night, and hasn't been seen ever since. earlie

so the 19th avenue and balboa projects -- we'll be bringing to a final meeting on january 23 so please check our website for that. the potrero hill project also kicked off and we had more than 40 resident in attend ance at that meeting and possibly exploring the idea of a community as shuttle. we've got financial modelling happening in the treasure island study. an exciting study . already great work happening there. so we got really great coordination on that. we also met with neighborhood folks in the district 6 area along the waterfront those neighborhood groups have given us specific input and clear guidance on those types of issues they want us to address in that waterfront assessment. and customer service and efficiency improvements that we talked about we're working with our technical working group sponsors can now request and we can issue amendmented for budget changes on our project and see grants and we're also moving towards electronic invoicing. another piece of good news is that the credit rating was affirmed at double a plus and they gave us a stable financial outlook. th
