shared parking project on the balboa reservoir for student parking as well as residents, as well as senior ride matching programs and other services like escort services to serve the neighborhoods in city college itself. and the final chapter gets to one of the community's most clear concerns and that is the first mile access along ocean avenue. and their recommendations about improving pedestrian and bicycle safety on ocean avenue. and so, ultimately, this is the start of an ongoing conversation and there are many public venues to continue that conversation. primarily at the balboa reservoir cac, which will be reviewing the reservoir's own future transportation plan and tdm strategy. there will be coordination necessary between city college and the reservoir collecting data. the city college itself will be undergoing reboot of their master plan. there will be continued public meeting around that as well as a number of projects that are discussed at the balboa park station cac. this is just the beginning of an ongoing conversation. and that summarizes the document. i'm happy to answer any

it is one of several projects we partnered on with hays valley, balboa park and hill tom and the relakep goes back farther with the partnership projects. buchanan mall is another one we are working on with gpl. we were in district 6 yesterday and we were joined by three amazing kids who spent a lot of time at bodecker and are involved in the boys and girls club. the city invested more than $30 million in the park improvement this is the last several years including not just civic center, south park and we have upcoming work at the sergeant mccoy playground and the mini park. they were opened in honor of may your lee. i was -- mayor lee. i was with them when we showed him the design. he was so excited but he said when he looked at it, he said this looks amazing. what if there were some lights. that embarked a very ambitious lighting element to these playgrounds which you saw part of last night. the big piece of it went on about 10 minutes after we cut the ribbon. that is show business, as they say. the lighting elements are extraordinary and unique. that was his vision. that is pretty sp

a frost at balboa park. i believe that. golden gate and balance owe aparks can get really cold.will be mild. 60s to mid-60s, upper 60s. lots of sun. it will be warmer. maybe a few high clouds. no big deal. saturday looks nice as well. and then we will see a significant change sunday and into monday as the temperature will drop big time. maybe 10, 15 degrees. there is more cold wind out of this for sunday. we could get a teeny bit. once it tails off tuesday or wednesday, we will have critical minimums for those concerned about that. the dry stretch of weather now goes for 22 days. winter dry spells are nothing new using san francisco climate data. twice san francisco has had 43 straight dry days. february 2nd to march 14th in 1864. so it ties for first and second. third, 42 days in 1962-19636789 and then 27th dryest is 23 days back in 1852. we will tie that tomorrow. there is a possibility maybe of getting a .01 on sunday. so a dry february means we have to pin our hopes on a miracle march. certainly possible. february 2012, we only had an inch and .09. march, 5.70. february 2006
