investigator had background there's antidotes and responses about people needing to hear back and dotting balthazar and i agree there are things to be put in place letters that maybe go out every couple of months we're still investigating your complaint then again it didn't satisfy everyone and it can take us a longer than the suggested 9 months to complete the investigation but i do think that there's always room for improvement to at least people are told at the begin of the interview process it could take up to a year but people are anxious and i think there are things we could put in place short of hiring another person that's at a responsibility for an investigator the investigators do, in fact communicate with complainant i review their work summaries but guarantee again more periodic contact thank you. >> any questions for the director. >> thank you. please call the next line item. >> the commission reports and discussion president's report. >> i have nothing to report. >> a couple if i could i attended a presentation by lieutenant jack heart on blue encourage an interesting presentation abo
