in south baltimore. the body of a man was found with multiple stab wounds before 2:00 p.m. this afternoon in a wooded area near the 5500 block of peddington avenue. the victim died at the scene. a 30-year-old man is in serious condition after a shooting in northeast where the victim was shot around 2:45 this morning. police have not released the victim's identity. the man he was gunned down in east baltimore has died from his injuries. investigators say the victim was shot several times around 8:00 last night in the 1600 block of east 29th street. there is no word on a suspect or a motive in any of these cases. anyone with information is urged to call the city's homicide unit at 410-396, 2100. a new report reveals a lack of training after police involved shootings in baltimore city. the findings come from an expert panel that has been reviewing policies after a police-involved shooting outside a nightclub and genera. the report says the department has not done after action r eviews for years. those revie

the journey is baltimore's 10-year plan to end homelessness in baltimore.anie rawlings-blake has started a program with city agencies and organizations to implement the plan. the basis of journey home is to join forces to provide service for support services they need to eventually be independent and self-supportive. removing the housing crisis for families gives them the ability to address their needs and move forward. the council is also working to end misconceptions about the homeless population. in an effort to create awareness and raise funds wbal-tv 11 news is joining baltimore in hosting the first evening of unexpected delights at the baltimore convention center on october 29. the goal is to put a face on our homeless neighbors and a call to action. proceeds from the event will be specifically targeted to homeless people.

baltimore county. upon arrival, they found an adult female inside, deceased, obviously from gunshot wounds. they called baltimore county police to respond to the scene. just a short time later, baltimore county police responded and found an additional adult male, also dead of gunshot wounds inside of this house in the 10,100 block of berg river road. they have called a crime lab. you can see they have the crime scene roped off. the homicide detectives have responded to the scene. at this point, they are investigating this as a suspicious death. and they have not released the names of the people that have died inside of this home. they have also called for
