baltimore city police are investigating a west baltimore shooting that left one man injured. officials say the victim was shot in the shoulder around 1:00 this morning, in the 3200 block of brighton street. no word on a suspect or a motive in that case. the search continues this afternoon for the person who shot a man during a robbery in charles village thursday, police say the victim was leaving a friend's house in the 2600 block of st. paul street early that morning. that's when the gunman allegedly approached the 22-year-old and announced a robbery. the victim said he followed the robbers commands but he still fired his gun. the rising violence in the area has people on edge. >> it's very, very frustrating for us. we rant about this senseless gun violence week after week and it's cases like this that really get us very, very concerned and frustrated. >> we're told the victim is expected to survive. if you have any information, you're asking to call metro crime stoppers at 1-866-7-lockup. you can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a cash reward. baltimore county polic
