. >> north and east of baltimore, tornado warning in effect there until 6:30, and the national weather service by the way now has retracted their statement that the tornado was not confirmed, just indicated now on dopler radar. so that's a little bit of good news, but the threat is zillion out there. on our dopler radar, there is strong rotation in that storm surge, a tornado coup drop down at any point, but that is out of our area, and we are focusing in on some heavy downpours. that we have been seeing and notice this on our storm scan. we wanted to show you the bigger picture, to show you that the rain showers stretch all the way back into west virginia where they have been dealing with flash flooding. so lit be very steady, especially if you live over towards winchester. anyone along north of that line, yo lu see the heavier steadier rain this morning. we do have showers trying to make ware they in right now. gathersburg, all getting a little bit wet right now. and then heavier downpours in areas off to the west of there. here is that warning that i was telling you about, moving to

thunderstorm warning gone for baltimore county but now we are dealing with a tornado warning for harford county until 6:30 this morning. this will continue to slide off towards the north and east but still everywhere else where you are looking at the greens we are dealing with a flash flood watch until 3:00. even around baltimore county although that severe thunderstorm warning is is gone we have the flash flood warning now. so lots of things going on this morning. and we will get a break and we will probably do it all over again this afternoon as well. but once again, what we are watching this morning is that tornado warning for harford county so if you are in the area we are talking about damaging winds and the national weather service has noticed rotation in the upper levels of the atmosphere this morning. so nothing right now spotted at the ground. but, what we are dealing with again is that potential. it's eminent as of now. when you see the rotation in the upper levels of the atmosphere then a tornado warning is going to be issued and that's what's happened this morning. i will go ahead and zoom in on the cell we are talking about. this is around the bel air are
