many of the colleges in the baltimore area have a police department, others have a security office. regardless of whether there police are sworn or civilian, the bpd investigate sexual assault allegations. they will essentially act as first responders or equivalent what are patrol officers will do and we have mo yous with 13 area colleges including some in the surrounding jurisdictions because we find that many come to baltimore for the clubs or sporting events and the assaults will take place. aren't we also working really closely with each of the universities's investigators to make sure the college and bpd are in compliance. in fact we just finished up some training that was provided by doj grant in 13 colleges where we trade together. that said, a lot of our cases involving college, drug or alcohol are facilitated, one of the things we have begun to start to track as a result of the consent agreement, not necessarily tracking numbers. we still don't have really accurate numbers on how many cases are drug or alcohol facilitated but we do test that is part of our savings and i wou
