bamboo ben's grandfather, eli, did the enchanted tiki room in disneyland.he tiki movement. this is everything that i could have hoped for. ♪ ♪ mike: when we first opened up, we had this amazing chef mike, who shared his family recipes with us 'cause i wanted to really try to bring a taste of the islands over with us. you have some bites that you can have or you can have some dishes that you can share. they want you to feel like you're at somebody's grandmother's house, sitting at the table and enjoying their food. they have fabulous food. mike: our adobo fried rice is just amazing. you eat with your eyes first, you drink with your eyes first. drinks are beautiful. ♪ ♪ mike: most of these drinks came out of the caribbean. there're spices, there're citrus. we make everything in house, we juice in house, make our own syrups in house, our own tinctures, our own-- basically, if it goes in the drink, we made it. it's a little vacation in a glass. we're doing a lot of true classics mai tai, obviously. you walk into a tiki bar, you get a mai tai, you get a zombie.
