committee when we had the fast act and some of the things we successfully did in concert with barbara boxer was to have somer of the environmental streamlines put into effect. i think we could emulate. well, actually i don't have time to get in a lot of detail on this but have you had a chance to review the flight act with your staff? >> we have. i'm interested in specifically what you have in mind. we could have an offline discussion. >> that would be good. senator booker and i were interested in and have worked together on some of the drone legislation we've had in the past and we've been successful. we've got language to allow drone drones environment take care of problems that are like pipelines anducter areas that have been successful. and while the faa has established a process to establish such applications, such line of sight applications, the faa has approved very few of them. is there anything you can think of that is causing the faa to be a lot slower than they should be in this respect on drones? >> i think they're trying to be very deliberate and careful and taking into account
