i'm barbara harrison. brother and sister jacob and sarah hoggle disappeared within days of each other in september. their father just spoke with us. news 4's megan mcgrath is live with how the search is taking a turn. >> reporter: barbara, we're learning that a montgomery county nonprofit will be helping with the search, lending their experience, their organizational skills, to the search for the hoggle children. police, family members, and even complete strangers have spent hours and hours searching for sarah and jacob hoggle. the toddlers have been missing since the beginning of september. their father hopes that a new reward fund will help continue that search. they have been missing for two months. father troy turner holds out hope his children will be found safe. now, some more help to keep the search going. the victim's rights foundation, a nonprofit group dedicated to the victims of violent crime, is starting a reward fund. whatever donations are collected will go to the person who finds the missing
