i'm barbara harrison. we begin with breaking news. melissa. >> this is just in right now. charges have been filed against two 17-year-old football players at brierwood high school. the teens have been charged with assault and battery in connection with an incident that occurred in the school's locker room back on october 9th. on that day, the varsity players assaulted a junior varsity player after school. the charged students were not arrested, but now have to appear before a domestic relations judge. >> a montgomery county high school student is in grave condition this morning after being hit by a car. the hit and run happened at a shopping center on the corner of weirs mill and wheaton. we're learning more about what happened now just moments before the teen was hit, right? >> yeah. we certainly are. we're learning more about the investigation, as well. you can see on the pavement here all of the spray painted marks on the pavement. police were gathering their evidence last night. they made those marks. we believe that the teen was struck in the area right behind me here

news4's barbara harrison is here in the studio with more on the story. barbara?is latest accusation is from a former actress and music industry writer and publicist. she says bill cosby sexually assaulted her twice in 1969, when they were both working at universal studios. she said cosby invited her to help him with a writing project. she says he made her a drink and she woke up to him up dressing her. bill cosby has been accused of sexual assault by several women over the years, three in the last few weeks. cosby has never been charged with a crime in connection with these accusations. he denies everything the women have accused him. on saturday, he sat silent as an mpr host asked him about the allegations. >> there have been serious allegations raised about you in recent days. you're shaking your head no. i'm in the news business. i have to ask the question. do you have any response to those charges? shaking your head no. >> i think most people in the public expect that if you're accused of a serious allegation like rape, you're going to say absolutely not. no

i'm barbara harrison. brother and sister jacob and sarah hoggle disappeared within days of each other in september. their father just spoke with us. news 4's megan mcgrath is live with how the search is taking a turn. >> reporter: barbara, we're learning that a montgomery county nonprofit will be helping with the search, lending their experience, their organizational skills, to the search for the hoggle children. police, family members, and even complete strangers have spent hours and hours searching for sarah and jacob hoggle. the toddlers have been missing since the beginning of september. their father hopes that a new reward fund will help continue that search. they have been missing for two months. father troy turner holds out hope his children will be found safe. now, some more help to keep the search going. the victim's rights foundation, a nonprofit group dedicated to the victims of violent crime, is starting a reward fund. whatever donations are collected will go to the person who finds the missing

i'm barbara harrison. developing right now, police just told us they have made more arrests in a teen's murder near wood bridge high school. the 16-year-old was killed monday. now police are releasing new information about what just happened on monday afternoon as students returned to school. news 4 megan mcgrath joins us. >> reporter: in the last hour and a half, we received word from police that additional arrests have been made in the murder of 16-year-old brandon wilson, a student here at wood bridge high school. three suspects including the man that police believe pulled the trigger are now behind bars and the search is on for a fourth suspect. a teenager who is still on the loose. word of the arrest comes as wood bridge high school students returned to class for the first time since the murder. >> i was shocked that he died. >> reporter: the violent loss is still sinking in. there are grief counselors on hand. >> people are crying. going to the counselors. >> reporter: it is the first day back to sch

news4's barbara harrison joins us with more. >> that father, troy turner, is hoping money talks and will get answers about where his kids are. 2-year-old jacob and 3-year-old sarah haven't been seen in two months. tht missing in early september. family, police and volunteers have been searching germantown, clarksburg and gaithersburg for any sign of them. as we have been reporting, police have been working to build a murder case against their mother, catherine hoggle. all the while, she claims to know where the children are but refused toive their location. turner believes his children are still alive but says more people and resources are needed to look for them. he believes a reward fund will help solve the problem and that's why the victims right foundation has just gotten involved in the effort. they're hoping to collect funds from the public. turner says having a reward will help make more people aware of his missing children and more eyes looking for them. >> i've been out to olney and don't know what's going on. i met a guy three or four days ago who lives in germantown and doesn'

here's news4's barbara harrison in the studio. >> pat, jim, the victim's name in this case is car lescha freeland gaither, she is a nurse at the presbyterian hospital in philadelphia. we learned her credit card was used at a bank in aberdeen, maryland, on monday morning by a man with a similar description to the suspect. that's about 100 miles north of where freeland gaither grew up, 75 miles south of the philadelphia neighborhood where she was living with relatives. she went to philadelphia to pursue a nursing career. sunday night she was walking home from a party for her godson when she was grabbed. police aren't sure she knew the man. she kicked out both back windows of the car, trying to escape. today her family pleaded for her return to philadelphia, calling her a fighter. >> please give her back. just please give her back. please. >> just release her. we're not asking for anything else. again, like i said before, if anything, we want somebody -- just get me, not here. >> i got you, just come home. just come home. i love you so much. i love you. everybody loves you. everybody loves
