joining us now live congresswoman barbara lee, thank you for being with us. so first react to what's happening in afghanistan right now. >> but me say in terms of just the orderly evacuation. i think that the administration is is putting some order into this because we've got to get our diplomats are american citizens all the afghans who supported the presence in i call an occupation also, we have to make sure that translators and it protected women. you know, there are checkpoints that and the is in control. and so women who need to be evacuated need that type protection to get to the air feel so good. this as many, many layers. i think we're more orderly. transition actors of the evacuation process. but i just say the president is absolutely right. there's no military solution in afghanistan have said that in 20 years we cannot nation bill and in fact, we need to rebalance our military and foreign policy in terms of defense did all that diplomacy. and we're at how we engage of the world. in a way that does not put troops in harm's way. >> congresswoman, the
