montgomery country was the the first place we saw flooding reports barnesville and brookville area you see the flooded roads. that water is surging and we don't want anyone to be out driving any flooded rot ways. purseleville and loudoun county reports of water 1 to 3 feet deep and later this evening we have many different reports. clark country west virginia flooded roads and winchester of frederick virginia total 11 roads closed across the county. we have active warngsz to show you. bibeingly aerial warnings and river ones. there's low visibility quarter mile to washington. ki tell standing out here. these are the flood warnings until 12:35 thursday early for a couple more hours parts of loudoun county and frederick in virginia and also there's flood warning where we're getting reports parts of frederick and carol counties. cop find to the northern potomac we have heaviest amount of snow and where we're seeing a lot of reports come through also a flood watch remains effect for mathtivity area specifically norm of washington again where we had heavy snow and heavy rain through today.

. >> reporter: out in montgomery county now, this is near barnesville.he rural area of north montgomery county. the live view of the storm team 4x4. the pavement is dry here as well. after the snow flurries and snow showers overnight. the county has done an excellent job of salting and treating these roads in the rural areas of north montgomery county. as a result, they're mostly dry. a few wet passes and some of the side roads, some untreated surfaces may have a light dusting on some of the sidewalks and some of the side roads here in north montgomery county. otherwise, most of the roads are great. we see some sparkles of salt on the road. not frost. it is salted and well treated here in upper montgomery county. so that's great news as we recover from the snow we had yesterday in the overnight dusting. however, temperatures are below freezing. here in the storm team 4x4, we're at 27 degrees now. and the pavement temperatures are below freezing as well. so anything that looks wet is going to be some patchy ice here in montgomery county this morning. back

barnesville, some intersections were closed at peach tree. they got deep snow pack in loudoun county and upper montgomery county. and brookeville, that road was closed also from high water. all in all, bad. but we told you there was a little flooding. we were under a flood watch. in fact, that continues until 6:00 a.m. shower and fog lingers tonight. bus stop temperature in the 40s. primarily dry. breezy and still nice. clouds will linger east of town. and a chilly finish to the week. clouds will still linger, east of town, thursday and friday. 10:00 tonight, showers all but gone into southern maryland. a lot of clouds come over. let's hope these temp comes to fruition. 58 on future cast at 10. 53 in leesburg. by morning, not that crazy cold. upper 40s downtown. 43, gaithersburg. 44 also in fairfax and dale city. and by 9:00 a.m., still about 45. in bowie, under partly cloudy skies, and about 47 in fredericksburg. there will be a mix of clouds and sun tomorrow. but temperatures still getting very close to 50 degrees. the breeze will make it f
