so anything that will get this even on the debate stage, even to promote barney frank, that is a good thing, so that's a good idea. second, it has raised the ambition of the scope of what is necessary here. building a clean energy car has raised people's ambition level. and three, it has brought more people into the discussion. the first victims of climate change are usually people living in poverty, the poor who live next to the freeway and breathe withl smoke, and have kids an epidemic of asthma. so bringing in communities of color, those who have been the victims, and indigenous communities, but we have to realize we have to develop a suite of concrete, specific, tried proposals that we know will work when the rubber meets the road. andave to design the rocket not just say we are going to the moon. tomorrow i will rollout the first tranche of my clean energy proposal that will give us 100 percent clean electricity and the transportation sector that is clean and the building sector that will be doing what is being done in our state, which will be concrete, specific proposals. at thi
