we saw that with the confirmation process of justice barrett. a number of former judges thought this was being done in haste. they were criticized for entering into the fray. there is an interesting point, because for the most part we do not expect sitting judges and justices to be vocal about these issues. i certainly think we will see that to be true with chief justice roberts, as we all know, he has made it a point to try and be as apolitical as possible in his presentment, that we do not have obama judges, trump judges, the last thing he will want to do is make it seem as if he is taking a political position. but that said, i think this is to chris's point, that's not true for all of them. there are justices of course who have said a little bit more, justice alito spoke out with the federalist society not too long ago and said things that were political in nature, that was how they were taken so we may see some of the justices giving some indication of these views , but i don't think we will see it from the chief. >> i just wanted to talk ab
