police say that they got reports of an armed suspect near the intersection of richmond parkway and barrett avenue in the iron triangle area during that time, residents were asked to stay inside and lock their doors and windows. but again, that lockdown has now just been lifted. we'll certainly update you on air and online as we learn more about the suspect. >> in the south bay, 2 people are dead tonight after 2 separate crashes in san jose. the most recent was around 10, 30 last night at the intersection of snow and capitol expressway. police say woman was in the crosswalk when she was hit by a car. she was taken to the hospital where she later died. the driver is cooperating with police and just after 9 yesterday morning, a man was riding a bicycle and was hit by a pickup truck. this is near jackson avenue and lane in east san jose. he was also taken to the hospital where he died. police say that driver is also cooperating with authorities. it is unclear if either driver will face any charges. these crashes marked the 32nd and 33rd traffic deaths in san jose this year. >> to the east bay.
