name "no justice, no bart." officials are reviewing video that shows the moments before the shooting. it's contended that bart's police department should be dissolved. bartd's chief spokesperson called the planned protest illegal because it puts bart riders, bart employees, journalist, and other protesters at risk. in response to public pressure, bart has introduced its first-ever independent police auditor. they did it in a news conference in oakland. when asked when an independent review of hill's killing would be ready, mark smith said he couldn't name a date for a specific reason. >> i'm a person who would never sacrifice timely not for accuracy or thoroughness. however, i understand that members of the bay area community want to know what exactly happened, and they have a right to know what exactly happened. i don't have a specific date. i think it would be disingenuous to name a date. >> hill's death marks the sixth officer-involved shooting in bart police history. of course the most high-profile shooting
