dion: we covered the bart shooting on august 26th. that's when police say the suspect 21 year-old jordan carter shot a man five times inside a train at the bart station. police claim that carter is responsible for a shooting five days earlier. on 35th avenue also in the fr fruitvail neighborhood. officers arrested carter. he has been charged with 11 felonies including who counted and including premeditated murder. another incident happened 10 days ago. ryan curry was at the suspect's first quarter appearance this a. >> the family of 25 year-old mikaela shallman, was found dead on october 17 when they discover add burned body in antioch. >> antioch police were able to identify sharlman through dental records and the burnt jewelry she was wearing. >> i walk in there and it's important to me that we take this case very seriously. >> deputy district attorney says this case involves some gruesome details. our cameras were not allowed in the courtroom. the two men involved were in the court. the judge decided to push back their arraignment.
