rider satisfaction on bart is getting better. the agency says its efforts to better the writer experience are now paying off. kron four's will tran in lafayette with a closer look at how writers say they are now seeing improvements. >> we know them as bart riders but barred knows them also as customers. so they want to make the customers. feel a lot better so more and more of them will hop on bart and add money to their coffers. as bart is perpetually fighting budget problems. and that is one of the reasons why they did this survey. and it looks like according to the bart riders slash customers, it seems like bird is headed in the right direction. we're at the lafayette station, but this survey focuses on one of their marquee stations, the civic center station. but you can pretty much make out. this is system wide. so what's going on is bart went out and talk to their writers and they responded. looks like a lot of them. the majority of them in certain cases, they like with parties doing at the civic center. they say that 52% of
