you can see this is no longer bart parking. it's actually a crime scene as far as their officers are concerned, they are still processing it. there's plenty of evidence markers on the ground. that car seems to be the one that they are focusing on because i've seen the door open and then coming around that area, taking photographs as far as bart. here's what you need to know. obviously, people, thousands of people rely on bart to get around the union city station. the gates appeared to be down. but on the left side of your screen, that gate is open and more importantly, people are coming and going. i mention that because last night they told the bart operators keep going do not stop despite the shooting taking place in the parking lot and not the platform. now, let me show you the video. plenty of police officers rushed to the scene. why it unfolded the way it did reached out to and so far i've not heard back from them. why that officer felt threatened for his or her life to shoot the suspect. we are not hearing they would have
