ch chastin, my husband, made more money as a bartender than he did teaching with a masters. it does not make sense. i told about a family who likes to host families from japan, and she wanted when she finished high school to go back to become a teacher. and so she went back and she was going to take the exam to get into the program to allow you in the university to train for teaching. but when she came back, she could not make the cut to be a teacher, so she did what a lot of people in the country do when you are good academically andte a doctor as a fall-back plan. we know part of that is come pen say, and we have to cut the shortage in particular of the rural areas with grow your own programs to encourage the people to serve the very communities that produced them and put the funding behind them. when we do that, that is going to be better off. one more thing on the teaching and education and one more thing that we have programs like the c.o.d.e. school for helping kids to be fluent and in the machinery, but don't forget the arts education. so we are not just training work
