let's trade the futures with bill baruch. what are you watching into this close right now?ing back at friday's nonforeign payroll number. it was highly anticipated, but the market reaction was fairly muted. wage growth came in better than expected we're seeing less worse data out of europe this morning and we are eyeing cpi on thursday, which has been a fairly strong number of late what we're seeing here today is the 30-year bond the prices are coming in pretty strongly today or pretty weakly today. the yields are firming up. we're at the highest level in about two and a half weeks lowest level in 3 1/2 weeks on the prices and i think there could be a little bit more room here to go. if you see this chart, there is a trend line that we broke out above. we can pull back down and detest it that's at 160. on top of that, you're seeing the two-year, the ten-year yield curve. it hasn't been negative for about a week now that's a good thing. and you know what else likes that are the banks the banks are on fire. and we're seeing the xlf up. there is some good room here for it to r

bill baruch, bill, what's driving the strength here into the close?m echoing the same narrative that dan just spoke about. i'm watching the treasuries into the close today and into the fed tomorrow that 30-year bond has rallied from 1.9% to 2.4% in just about two weeks. skbrus like that, we're seeing 50% odds that the fed cuts tomorrow i think they do cut given some of the geopolitical concerns, some of the overnight repo, rise in rates looking at the futures, i'm looking at the futures in the 30-year bond there's a lot of support buying at 1583 you want to look to be a buyer at 158 and the chart shows a breakout above 158, a trend line as well that has tested and held and i expect a lot of volatility and if the fed doesn't cut rates tomorrow, you're going to see volatility and equities, but that in turn would would rise the yield and suppress prices, the volatility in equities would pressure the yields back down. i think we're going to see support. i would be ready to buy again at 155.5, 156 there's a good trend line there. and at that point, too, yo
