we're watching that second batch way off to our west right now. of rain that will provide us with thunderstorms later tonight. here's a look at future weather. here you see the storms well off to our west as they move in over few hours, the rain chances will go up. here's 8:00 p.m. tonight, the storms around washington, moving into baltimore. we could have a few showers around by then. as we get closer to the 9:00 hour, we start to see the approach of heavy rain and thunderstorms. by 10:00 tonight, we see the chances increase for the thunderstorms and some of these could provide locally strong winds and heavy rain. by 11:00 tonight, those storms continue moving through and even a few hours after that, we still
