but right now it's rebounded in the mid-80s from the blue ridge all the way to the bay. the dew points are up in the 60s to near 70, and l that's humid. and that's pretty high humidity when it's up near 70. and montgomery county, temperature 82 and the dew point 63. the monthly rain, only a quarter of an inch there. rain is needed. elsewhere, temperatures are hot in southern virginia. and they have more humidity than we do here. nice, cool morning out in the mountains. it's in the mid-70s, western maryland and in western virginia. and we have a cool front coming into the ohio valley. meanwhile, we have a new depression brewing. and here is washington. but way out here in the eastern atlantic, just about 200 miles to the cape verde islands. and we have winds of 30 miles per hour, and gusts up to 40. and tomorrow morning it may become a tropical storm. tropical storm anna, and the first tropical storm of the season. and then it may go west and then turn on a northwesterly track as we get into saturday and sunday. and it could track anywhere from this zone. if it goes to th
