we have troubles, delays over on the bay bridge and in the south bay.what's happening as you work your way out of oakland into san francisco. we have this accident on the upper deck not too far from fremont just before there, that's been cleared but still slow 11 minutes from the maze to downtown. no delays at the toll plaza again most of those delays are going to be as you approach where this accident was so traffic is recovering should be clear within the next couple of minutes. light delays. over to the south bay, look at the delays southbound 87 that line of yellow on the map, i checked in with chp, looks like there's some flooding in the left lane. a vehicle actually caused an accident hit the center divide now we have delays there because of that trying to clear it out of lanes but it is sluggish southbound 87 at airport. jumping to the san mateo bridge, so far, so good no delays there traffic is clear as you work your way westbound if you are traveling out of hayward into foster city everything looks good no delays on the golden gate bridge very

( mark ) a man arrested in connection with a triple shooting in san francisco has been released from custody. jonathan santos from vallejo was arrested after the deadly shooting in the city's oceanview neighborhood last wednesday. the shooting left a 65-year-old woman dead. she had been walking to a bus stop at the time. two men were also injured in the shooting. police say there are no charges and the investigation is ongoing.
