-50s with cloud cover reaching the south bay, north bay and east bay valleys. look what it does to our temperatures, 80s tomorrow and 50s, 60s and 70s thursday through saturday. kind of been a busy morning this morning, alexis? >>> quite a few issues around the bay bridge this is between the toll booths and metering lights, you can see a few flashing lights but we gotten a update from c that sounds like minor injuries with this crash and they're working on tow itting to the parking lot so i don't think it's a blocking situation any longer and we're not seeing huge delays through the to plaza and the maze. golden gate bridge is dense fog this morning. we have a dense fog advisory issued at 1:00 this morning still in effect so if you are coming from the north bay, give yourself extra minutes. you just need to slow down in those conditions. westbound 580 tracy to dublin, 44 minutes, not terrible out of the central valley. antioch to concord up to 22 and southbound 101 with the fog you're still in the green san rafael to san francisco coming in at 17 minutes. >>> t

90s around the bay and valleys. highs were as much as 16 degrees above normal. along the coast there was enough of a breeze and patchy fog to keep temperatures much cooler in the 60s. if you're going out tonight skies will be mostly clear and the temperatures rather mild through midnight. the only cool place is near the coast the next few days. more hot 90s are expected for the valleys the next couple of days. we'll take a closer look at some of the forecasted temperatures in a few minutes. and in the east bay...e holding a ceremony for officers killed in the line of duty. the events will start with a memorial on 7th street at 11:00 this morning followed by a ceremony where police chief anne kirkpatrick will deliver a memorial address. ( darya ) happening now... there are growing concerns about fires at homeless encampments in the east bay. in the last few weeks, there have been three in oakland. the latest happened monday night right under interstate 580. half of the 40 tents at a city sanctioned homeless encampment at 35th and magnolia streets went up in flames. no one was injured. there was also a fire earlier in the day at another encampment, and another one on april 13th. city officials say shutting down homeless encampments is not the answer.
