in the north bay.acuees are back home and businesses are starting to reopen. let's check in with "today in the bay's" cierra johnson back in calistoga. you've been up there covering this fire so extensively. are you seeing a return to normalcy? >> reporter: we were out here for four days, i believe, last week. on the way in during those days you could see the ash falling from the sky. i could smell the ash. i noticed a lot of the delivery trucks were back on the road. that's something i hadn't seen in my journeys at all. something else we noticed here, businesses are reopening in calistoga, one of them being a silverado in the main stretch of town, that things are getting back to normal. when the folks do return things are going to look a little different because there has been a lot of devastation from those fires. we know of at least eight wineries that were destroyed or sustained significant damage including the famous castle but kari did mention we are expecting rain later this week which in any ot

>>then by the afternoon in the east bay with everyone else in the bay area, not really seeing the peak of the wins until around sunday night. so we do have a wind advisory going into effect for all of the bay area 4 o'clock sunday afternoon through 11 o'clock monday morning we're all going to see sustained winds. 20 to 35 miles per hour with a gust in the valleys upwards of 55 miles per hour and in the highest peaks of the east bay hills and blow range upwards of 70 miles per hour or less and it will include most of the mountains in the north bay we're going to see relative humidity in the single digits at times by sunday afternoon dropping to as low as 5% so little or norm, no moisture expected one tracker is tracking right now some breezy winds their field seeing the gusty s at around 17 miles per hour but future wind gust by sunday morning we're going to notice the highest peaks in the north there on your new lunch time hour seeing those winds peaking at that 30 to 40 miles per hour range, but by around sunday night through early monday morning. that's when winds will peak for all o
