this time in the south bay.st happened just before 1:00 this morning at camden avenue in san jose. you saw there people setting off fireworks while drivers doing donuts in the center. people hanging out of the windows, lasers being pointed. and then about a half hour later, the sideshow seemed to move to the intersection of meridian and hamilton avenues. fireworks again and hundreds blocking the intersection. at one point, two cars doing donuts you just saw there, crashed head-on. the crowds were disbursed by police about 15 minutes into the sideshow. police were seen chasing people away. no word on any arrests. >>> now to the north bay, where this wild high-speed chase came to a violent end with the arrest of an 18-year-old. the chp says the teen was behind the wheel of the mustang that sped away from officers on north bound 101. it ended with that crash you just saw in santa rosa. the mustang plowed into several other cars during the chase, and injured two adults and one child. it all started after a police un

i kind of the rest of the bay area, north bay, south bay and east bay. we're going to see the wind pick up again. i know that's not a big surprise. we see that pretty much after every afternoon. but watch what happens as we get into tomorrow because we're going to wake up with some of those breezy conditions there to continue throughout the day on our wednesday. and then by thursday, notice a little northerly flow starting to happen there. as we take a look at spots like atlas peak and we look at fairfield, that is a slight offshore wind components could be coming our way and has everything to do with this low pressure system that's going to be tracking through. now. it's bringing rain to the pacific northwest. likely just going to cool us down. there's the slightest chance of a north bay shower. i think it is very slight. but i do think you can see a few sprinkles tomorrow from this front. but really it's all about the temperatures changing. so while today, despite and rose are looking after 70's tomorrow, we'll be lucky to get out of the 60's. and you
