here's a look live from the east bay hills looking down into the bay. what's the thing that you notice most different from yesterday? it's a lack of fog. yesterday we saw a whole lot of that low gray pushed right in over the bay area this morning seeing hardly any of it. high pressure. ridge is still in place, but it is not influencing our weather quite as much. this low to the north and west of us is anchoring a nice little trough in the jet that is actually resulting in this weekend and opportunity of rainfall in the state. now, most of this is going to stay north of the bay area. but in future cast, you can see this line of showers drifting in here during a pre-dawn hours of saturday morning up in the north coast. now, this is really going to fizzle in just skirt right to our north. but for northern counties in the bay area, we do have a slim chance of a sprinkler to come saturday, mostly early on in the day. now, the shouldn't have major impacts on fleet week as we will be seeing these rainfall totals really just gathered up to the north of the bay
