( james ) in the . a three-month-old baby boy who was caught a deadly hit and run crash has improved from critical to stable condtion. his five-year-old and ten-year-old brothers died in that crash late friday night in concord. the two boys have been identified as vincent and lorenzo reyes. the children's mother was also at one point in critical condition... but has since been released from the hospital. 35-year-old lumuel wilson is accused of running off after the crash. wilson later checked into highland hospital in oakland where investigators linked his d-n-a evidence found at the scene. the family is urging the contra costo county district attorney to revoke the bail option for wilson.
