that blazing heat now starting to move into parts of the bay area inside the bay. not so much pretty comfortable. 70's names yet 19 hot in san jose and along the coastline. huge contrast in temperatures got the patchy fog there and numbers in the 60's. all right. so here's how things work out now. the excessive heat watches been downgraded now by the national weather service. we're getting just enough of the sea breeze to keep you cool along the water's edge. you get inside the bay. that's changes in a hurry. heat advisories posted now for places like fremont hayward, oakland, milpitas starting on saturday. that's continuing until tuesday. and the warnings have been posted further inland. you can see all the areas shaded in peak up to the santa cruz mountains into the santa clara valley, the east bay alameda contra costa solano, napa and sonoma counties. yeah, you're going to be out of the heat as we head in toward these next few. these temperatures are going to soar all around, in fact, likely going to see as high as 100 a day, maybe even more along the coastline.
