the bay area, though, and then we're going to start to see that storm track slowly shift to the south and east. now, this is really going to benefit not just the bay area coastline but the east bay shoreline. unfortunately, this storm going to dry and fizzle out. by the time it makes its way into our innermost east bay and south bay valleys. but we are expecting to see some light scattered showers, though they're just really traces amount at best by around monday night. we're going to start to notice some more widespread rain as our next wave of storms arrives during the overnight hours. but then by early tuesday morning, hit or miss on and off scattered showers and then the storm is going to dry out and clear out by early tuesday afternoon. so we're expecting to see about half an inch of rain or less highest amounts. for those of you in the north bay, specifically santa rosa, about a 3rd of an inch of rain or less for most of the bay area coastline and parts of the east bay shoreline. but just look at the tree says amount that's expected for livermore. san jose. even mountain view less than a 10th of an inch of rain or less. but we are also going to keep an eye on the king tide
