heat advisories for inland areas of the bay itself, south bay inland east bay and the in the north bayur daytime highs today. some of these numbers are actually pretty hard to look at, really, really warm. we've got low 80's and mission financial districts. that's not horrible but definitely warm for the city 60's and 70's at the coast. so pretty warm day bicoastal standards and then it's 90's to a lot of triple digits for much of the rest of us redwood city at 94 degrees today, south bay temperatures, 90's to triple digits. morgan hill, most cattle at 100 degrees livermore at 101 pleasanton right at 100 heyward up to 88 as you will also be in san leandro while that creek and conquered at 103, expecting clayton to get up as warm as 105, possibly. so those slopes of mount diablo, some of our very hardest vacaville in pittsburgh at 103, today, sandra fell at 102 for your daytime high. so some really hot temps today tomorrow and sunday will be much cooler. a certainly a break from the heat. as you can see, we waste no time getting right back to those triple digits ca monday of next week.

over to the east bay 87 concord 83 pleasanton, right near the bay 76 in hayward. coastline 63.5 moon bayd city were at 80. san francisco 68, in downtown and up here for the north bay, 81 in napa. so we're all good tomorrow. but as many of you know, this month really has just been so hot. we're getting some new numbers in. i wanted to share with you tonight. right now we're trending for the hottest july ever on record. that goes for santa rosa, oakland, hayward, livermore and also san jose. so yes, it's summer. july can be hot, but this looks to all time new levels on that 7-day forecast here in san francisco 60s into friday. then we warm it up a little bit here on saturday to 70. and for the inland valleys, we're going back into the 90s, wednesday, thursday, friday. then we'll get into some mid 90s this upcoming weekend and potentially 98 next monday. and real quick a closer look at that paris seven day 97 yes, one day event. it's going to be tough for the athletes that are doing stuff outside. and then some thunderstorm chances wednesday and thursday and we cool it off totally. european

bay area. right up there you see that it's only affecting about 150 customers in the bay area, but there are unplanned outages going on around the bay area. and as rob mayeda mentioned to us earlier, about 4000 people without power in danville. and we spoke to pg&e earlier today. you can see these power outages scattered around the peninsula and south bay and now in danville. that's because of unplanned power outages, something like transformers, overheating, equipment failure because a lot of people, there's a lot of stress on the power grid right now. and so they have to wait for those transformers to cool down before the power will go back. we saw this yesterday in the east bay. we had it in san ramon, dublin and pleasanton yesterday and now we're seeing it in danville. seems like the big concentration in the east bay. yeah. no coincidence. it's where the hottest temperatures are. and usually at this hour, the sea breeze comes in and starts to drop down those temperatures. but we don't have that outside right now. that's the big story moving forward, is that we do have these triple digit temperatures following us all the way thro

bay. yeah, but it's not for folks driving the bay bridge that's moving very smoothly. right now across i-80. drivers are fine both back and forth between the city and the east bay. the issue is on the red line. if you were planning on taking the red line this morning, you will not. similar to last week, there's no red line service, but you can make a transfer at the macarthur station so you can get on board the train at your normal start point. you'll transfer over if you're going to millbrae or if you're coming back from sfo, you'll have to make a transfer as well. the signs will post the details, but basically you're going to have to make that bridge point at the macarthur station over here. now traffic on the roadway is very light today, right now, and probably continuing through much of the morning, not seeing any major issues, although there's a little slowing on the incline at the bay bridge. so there probably more traffic than yesterday when there was almost none visible on some of the cameras. south bay along the peninsula and easy drive over even out of here. look at the altamont pass, just like yesterday. no slowing shows up on 580 coming out of the alt

bay, south bay. you can see down in the santa cruz mountains. we have dropped the heat advisory for the north bay and we dropped the heat warning. the excessive heat warning that we had going on yesterday. but until tonight, we're still kind of in this with the heat and no doubt you can see where that heat is. livermore 102 right now, fairfield, 100 degrees. we're doing much better in the south bay where you can see san jose's at 91 and were 95 in nevada. that's still well above average and a very, very warm to hot day. no doubt about it, but better than yesterday when we were so much higher up in those triple right now, though, 73 in downtown san francisco, one of the places obscene warm-up and also 68 are half moon bay. so we're having a pretty warm day out there as well. that marine layer has compressed. you can see that as we've got, you know, these beautiful blue skies right here at the golden gate bridge where we usually see some of that marine layer hanging out. you don't see it so much today. so tonight we're going to partly cloudy skies. we will see that marine layer start to relent a li
