i'm a home owner at bay crest. to show you how important this is to all of us, my friends and residents were kind enough to let me go in front of them because i have to get to holy thursday service. at any rate, i'm in agreement with everybody else. we're not opposed to the building going up at 430 main. we especially encourage low-income housing, however, the air quality is extremely important to us. we live at the base of the bay bridge. we're already experiencing a lot of heavy congestion with idling cars during rush hour at any time of the day. sometimes into the evening. we're also dealing with toxins that are coming in off the bridge. and i don't think anybody's taken into consideration the fact that in addition to all the buildings that are surrounding 430 main, we're not even thinking about the people who are going to potentially be living at 4030 -- 430 main so they'll be inhaling the toxins. i'm a 65-year-old woman who is healthy. i'd like to remain healthy. everybody here wants to remain healthy or as he

north bay, more 50s for you with some scattered showers at times and a breezy and cool finish to the weekend. right now our storm ranger doppler radar picking up snow around the mountain there, the crest of the santa cruz mountains seeing a bit of snow. same story around hamilton, a few showers passing around livermor and out of the tri-valley. we'll see showers increasing to about 9:00, and the focus in the morning maybe along the coast and the santa cruz mountains. and with heating of the day on the hilltops you'll likely see some showers forming and moving from north to south during the afternoon hours. and as soon as the sun sets the atmosphere begins to stabilize and things start to dry out. in fact this rain we're getting for the next 24 hours, probably the last we're going to see for a while. still the reason you're going to want to keep the umbrella on standby for one more day. big dropping low pressure across the west coast. this really has been the story for most of march. but watch what happens with this strong ridge of high pressure. tomorrow and wednesday warming by much as 20 to 30 degrees. if you've been waiting for spring it's finally showing up in the seven day foreca
