right now at 91% of capacity for the east bay and the uvas reservoir that overtopped its banks over the our north bay reservoirs are still running quite high especially when you compare it to the way it was about a month ago. we're also watching those creeks and rivers that are very close to flood stage like the russian river in guerneville that quite often floods. we're about 4 feet below flood stage now. the napa river still has a lot of room there but we could possibly see that rising quickly. the coyote creek is about 2 feet below flood stage and the guadalupe river at almaden expressway is about 3 feet below flood stage. we are already under a flash flood watch or a flood watch for tomorrow meaning that we could see this rain falling on saturated ground that could cause those creeks, rivers and streams to rise quickly as well as street flooding that will be a possibility. this all coming as the atmospheric river has a connection to hawaii and the tropics that enhances the amount of moisture as the storm system comes in. it's going to produce waves of heavy rain. i know this is a lo
