we're taking kind of a. >> a little local look here of the east bay on the east bay shoreline. the winds are drifting in an on shore direction coming in from the bay. but when you get over the east bay hills. they're still continuing offshore wind. so its remaining dry over the east bay hills and a somewhat pronounced in that fashion know tonight the recovery of humidity will be felt will get a little bit of fog, but it will be concentrated right around the bay covering san francisco and quickly mixing out today has been much warmer than we've experienced even from yesterday. napa popping a 10 degrees above that's one of the locations that we saw about 90 this afternoon, santa rosa was warm today. quite toasty. this afternoon and a few degrees ahead. also in the inland areas of the east bay but also the east bay shoreline a couple degrees better too. as we go into this evening. 79 expected by 7 o'clock at 10. we got 68. but it depends if you're in a wind children area that allow temperatures to kind of fall a little bit more quickly overnight tonight. 48 san francisco called mil

our inland valleys radar for tracking that thick fog bank along the bay area coastline and east bay shoreline as well visibility at or near 0. so don't forget to turn on your low beams. for those of you heading out along the coast. it's now stretching inland into the east bay valleys with livermore just seeing up to 2 miles visibility. but we're going to notice it lived very quickly by midmorning on sunday with the exception of those of you at half moon bay going to still see that low cloud cover and future cast for tracking some patchy coastal drizzle. but overall clear skies for those of you in the north bay and most of you in the east bay shoreline and by early sunday morning through the afternoon. it's going to be nonexistent. we're going to see less and less of that marine layer influence after tonight and through your sunday morning when tracker for though, pretty calm winds with the exception of those of you in the inland valleys, specifically concord and fairfield seeing southwesterly breezes out there with fairfield tracking the strongest gust that 29 miles per hour and we're going t

it is cooling down along the coast and along the bay shoreline. we will feel that overnight. those areas were super hot today. it will be pretty toasty tonight and tomorrow. here is a forecast animation. see that marine layer pushing locally across the bay, tomorrow morning, 5:00, there will be patches of fog some of the morning commuters. we will pull to the coastline and reside there for the remainder of the day and into tomorrow evening. overnight, low temperatures will be in the 50s or upper 50s near the bay shoreline or upper 50s to 60s, some of the warmest inland spots, upper 50s coast, low to 90s tomorrow. as we look at the air quality forecast you can see tomorrow, we will have moderate to good air quality. it is pretty much the same picture improving on wednesday. wednesday was a spare the air day. we had poor to moderate quality. wednesday, temperatures will taper off. it will remain in the seasonal range. it will not become terribly cool. it will be warm where we expect it to be warm, but not hot. it will be cool where we expect it to be cool. the accuweather seven-

here is the east bay shoreline here. a little bit of haze off to the distance there around the bay. the cold waters and this really tells the tale. when you see the winds here, you see them a little bit on shore right at the east bay shoreline. but inland boom there straight from the north. so it's spilling in from the sacramento valley. and that's why solano county is the only one they put in a red flag warning zone. it wasn't fire weather watch earlier from this weekend. and that's why they're not including the other areas. however, as we've been talking about locations in the east bay. they're still looking at dry conditions 91 right now in concord, 89 88 for livermore up to the north bay. we already have some 90's look at the label with 90, which tells you that the winds probably not coming in from the bay right now. they're probably coming in from the land right through valley 86 for santa rosa and 92 for napa which sure we're checking everything out direct north arrows and solano county and right at the east bay shoreline. sure. and we go forward and there's another little spi
